Visited Kwikstart today to have the starter motor replaced on my Range Rover Sport 4.2L Supercharged. What a lovely group of workers. Very friendly and explained the work that they did on my vehicle. I even got a tour of the rear of their workshop where they remanufacture their starter motors and alternators! I will definitely be using them again should I need any further assistance.

I was just too lazy to fix the alternator and battery problems on my car when I actually had the time to do it. When it all of a sudden became very urgent (duh!) Mickey pulled out all the stops and sorted it all out quicker, cheaper and to a better standard than I could have done. It's not the first time this has happened either.. He did the same thing for me on my old car about 5 years ago and again 5 years before that on a different car. Needless to say, I can't recommend Kwikstart highly enough.

Friendly and most important Honest. Went for an alternator check as I was sure there was a problem. Was told I didn't need any work done for now. What garage would tell you that! Highly recommended

I was there last week on a Saturday after my car failed the MOT test.
Needed to get the car fixed on the same day to avoid coming next day for a re-test and paying a fee again.
Was able to get the parts same day plus repair it within 2 hours. Very good price. Honest. Phoned for the parts right in front of me and did the whole calculation on the spot. Not like many other places where they often pretend they don't know how much it will cost and say "we'll see".
Highly recommend. Will be coming back next time 100%!

RAC approved car clinic. They changed the starter motor within 15 mins! Micky the owner is a an amazing professional with the loveliest personality in such an industry. Super helpful, caring and managed to get it in an out in time for the school run. What an excellent example in service! The final word in car repairs! One would be insane to go anywhere else!

I was very impressed with the professional service I received yesterday.
Despite uncertainty regarding my RAC warranty, management went out of his way to ensure this issue was clarified and the job was completed at a reasonable cost.

I have to say hand on heart Mickey is a very kind hearted man and he is a very honest man. I have known this man from when he was a baby. He has nothing but love and passion for everyone. He puts his whole heart and passion into his work and yes he is very good at what he does. He has always had passion for cars from a very young age, so yes it is true he does his work with confidence and dedication. My car was badly vandalised, i took it to them, mikey and him team were extremely helpful. They did everything they can to put my car back on the road. They ordered parts for me, very reasonable price and everything was done in same day. Another happy customer. Highly recommended. You will never be disappointed with their service. Very professional! Amazing service!!
I was shocked how quickly they identified the mechanical problem with my car, organised and bought the new the part and got the car ready.
I must say I was also very happy with their honesty and advice to give me best value for money. These guys are not looking to make a fast quid.

Summary: Excellent customer service and work.
Detail: I've had my car 10 years and had work done to it at many different garages around the country. Clutch change was diagnosed and changed. Feels like a completely new car. Mickey and team were all great.

I am not usually one for writing reviews, but after the service received from this garage late last Saturday afternoon, felt that I had to. I had called the RAC as my car would not start, they sent me in the direction of Kwik Start, after checking with them that they had a replacement starter motor. It was mid-afternoon, and it was going to involve a journey for me to get there. They said not to rush and that they would wait for me. Once there I did have to wait well over an hour, during which time I read other reviews on the garage. OK so I had lost an entire afternoon, but they were over half the price of what Toyota wanted, they give a no quibble warranty on parts fitted, and they are polite and very genuine, and fitted me in on the same day, so the hour wait was more than worth it. I would have no trouble recommending Kwik Start. Of course none of us like having to take our vehicle to a garage or spending unnecessarily on it. However, if I do have any problems in the future they will be my first port of call.

Had starting problems with my diesel x type jaguar 06 plate was told all.scary things so took it to micky at kwickstart & straight away checked my battery with his machine came back battery knackered new battery fitted & car runs like a dream would highly.recomend kwick start will be getting all my work thanks micky

Absolutely superb company, we are all the way down in Bournemouth and sold a car to a lady local to KwikStart. An EML light came on shortly after we sold the car so found KwikStart as an RAC Approved Workshop. They got our client in immediately even though they were busy. They found not a single problem it was only a blip in the computer but within a short space of time they diagnosed the vehicle (showing no faults), informed the customer and didn't try to 'create' work. Such a rare thing to find an honest garage that looks after the customer when another business 100 miles away asks for help. Truly professional, both Abbey and Micky know their trade!

The establishment was recommended to me as my Mercedes had an electrical issue. All I can say is that from start to finish I was kept informed of what the issues were and also what the solutions to the issue would be. The technical side of things were explained in great detail and with great confidence. My car was with the garage for two days and now the car is running smoother than ever. I will definitely be using this garage again, if I had taken my car to a Mercedes garage the cost would have possibly been at least double for sure.
